Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order is placed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

• Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

• Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days (if available)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or high-volume periods.

Shipping Locations

Inspired Utterance LLC currently ships to addresses within the United States. At this time, we do not ship internationally or to P.O. Boxes.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Inspired Utterance LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly. For additional support, you may contact us using the information below.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review and resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
